This summer, join us as we read a from the book of PHILIPPIANS following our sermon series. Philippians is known as the book of joy and has many scriptures that are familiar to us. We encourage you to be intentional about setting aside time for daily Scripture reading and reflection, to further your journey in following Jesus.
Here are some things to consider before you read:
PAUSE Take a moment to eliminate distractions, breathe deeply and focus on the Bible.
PREPARE Grab your bible, journal and a pen with an expectant heart to hear from Jesus.
PRAY Jesus, help me to stay focused, open and available to learn and be transformed by you today.
Here are some things to consider after you read:
PAUSE What stood out from the scriptures today? What questions
PREPARE How do I apply what God just spoke today in how I think, and how my words and actions effect others?
PRAY Lord, Help help me to love and live like you today.
