In the weeks leading up to Christmas, we invite you to join us on a journey of preparing our hearts for the Arrival of Jesus. Through reading the Bible, praying, serving and giving, we are able to reflect and receive what God has for us and we are able to share the love and hope of Jesus with the most poor and vulnerable people around the world.
For the Arrival this year, pray and consider how you can redirect some of your Christmas spending to change the reality of the lives of women and children in the Nepal, provide clean water to villages in Africa, assist Foursquare Disaster Relief with medical clinics and medicine, help with the refugee crisis in Ukraine and much more. We also have opportunities to serve locally from serving at the local food bank to making Christmas treats for your neighbors.
We encourage you to grab a booklet, or access the Arrival booklet digitally below or on the app. Gather together with your family or friends, light an Arrival candle, sing the Christmas song provided, read the verse of the day, and look at the projects from around the world and pray for the marginalized people who need help and the hope of Jesus. As the Lord leads you, consider which projects to give to and head to the Arrival Store HERE.
